Mayor
As Mayor, Rita Gentry, provides leadership and direction for Town of Blue Springs. Working closely with the Council and City Clerk, the Mayor oversees daily operations, promotes community engagement, and ensures that city decisions reflect the needs and goals of local residents.

The Board of Aldermen work with the Mayor to guide town policies, approve budgets, and represent the interests of residents. Each member serves as an elected representative of their district or ward, ensuring that every area of our town has a voice in local government.

Police Department
The Town of Blue Springs Police Department is dedicated to protecting the safety and welfare of all residents and visitors. Officers work proactively to prevent crime and support local safety initiatives.

Southeast Fire Department
Southeast Fire Department is a rural volunteer fire department in Union County, Mississippi that has been in service since 1983 and is the primary department for approximately 3,000 people in 32 square miles.
